The Knights of Columbus Council 9708’s blend of service and fellowship on Saturday, September 6, 2025, was a resounding success!
Service & Fellowship Success: Houston Food Bank & St. Arnold’s Brewery!
Our dedicated volunteers started the day at the Houston Food Bank (Portwall location). We always have a great time serving the community there, and this day was no exception! We focused on essential tasks: sorting cans and dry goods, boxing up food, placing them on pallets, and wrapping it all in plastic. It’s a great way to tangibly contribute to giving back to our community.
After our impactful morning of service, we gathered for fellowship at St. Arnold’s Brewery. Knights and family members connected, sharing laughs and camaraderie over food and beverages. It truly was a fun event and a perfect way to celebrate a job well done!
Thank you to everyone who participated in this annual tradition of service and brotherhood!

Knights Serve at “Legacy of Love” Celebration!
While the event was expertly planned and catered by the parish, the Knights were honored to handle the crucial task of ensuring everyone was well-fed. Our team of approximately 20 Knights and their spouses worked tirelessly to put together and serve delicious BBQ sandwiches, along with all the food and drinks for the large crowd.
Our commitment to service is at the heart of everything we do. Thank you to all the Knights and their families who volunteered their time and talent to make this celebration a memorable success for our entire parish!
